Fujita Urban
Fujita Urban is an electric bicycle designed for daily rides in the city. The frame is made of aluminium 6061, which keeps the bicycle light and easy to handle in traffic. A lithium battery is fully integrated inside the central tube, so the bicycle looks like a traditional model and the battery is better protected against theft. Pedal assistance supports the rider, while a belt drive replaces the usual chain to reduce maintenance and noise. Large wheels and a linear frame complete the form. Charging takes a few hours.
Fujita Urban Electric Bike by Linda Pang has been recognized as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fujita Urban Electric Bike was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Bicycle Design in 2023. The A' Bicycle Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award which rewards outstanding design of mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, cruiser bikes, folding bikes, electric bikes, BMX bikes, recumbent bikes and more.
